Sony Alpha 77
もともと小さな夢として2011年に10月書いたブログでしたが、つい手ごろな手暖で中古のα77を入手しました!
レビューできるほどのショットはまだためていませんが、とりあえず以下の体験記事を書きました。
Review Sigma 30mm f/1.4 EX DC with Alpha 77 シグマレンズレビュー
Review of Sigma 50-150mm f/2.8 II EX DC HSM with Alpha 77シグマレンズレビュー
GPS機能は精度には文句はありませんが、電源を入れてから測位できるまで時間がかかる場合があります。以下は一つの応用例です。
Having used Sony Alpha 350 and 550 for some time, I become more interested in newer models. Alpha 77 is one of the more attractive ones now. It is SLT, standing for "Single Lens Translucent". This means one will peek into a "view finder" of a small monitor (aka EVF), instead of the reflected image directly from the lens. Frankly, this is quite a big change for me, and hardly acceptable at the beginning. But this huge change also means super composing of information, faster shooting speed (up to 12 frames per second!).
Other than the argument of view finder, I found that it has many attractive features. To begin with, it has more pixels than the best I have so far. 24 mega-pixel is like a 1.5X digital zoom for me. Secondly, its ISO performance is much better than its predecessors. This no doubt compensates the first feature of more pixels with the same size of image sensor. Its full HD video at 50 or 60 frame rate is also very attractive. So is its built-in GPS. Sweep panorama and single lens 3D also sounds great fun.
The overall evaluation, e.g. that by Mike Langner, shows that it is comparable to Alpha 900 or Nikon's D3X.
